Simply Pilates at Keystone Wellness & Weight Loss center now offers Private post rehabilitation Pilates and fitness Pilates on mat or on equipment as well as Duo fitness sessions.  

Private sessions are currently on Winter Special for $80 per session.  Semi-private (two people) session is $40 per person.  

We aim to provide post rehabilitation and fitness Pilates where our client’s goals and interests come first. Pilates can be very gentle or very challenging; therefore, we are able to meet each person where they are in their rehabilitation or fitness journey.
