Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment, your prepaid visit will be waived, and you may reschedule by paying the follow-up fee.

We aim to provide post rehabilitation and fitness Pilates where our client’s goals and interests come first. Pilates can be very gentle or very challenging; therefore, we are able to meet each person where they are in their rehabilitation or fitness journey.
