From Frustration to Freedom: My Personal Journey with Microdosing GLP-1s

For years, I did all the right things. I tracked my macros. I prioritized my sleep. I moved my body daily. I ate clean. And yes—I lost 20 pounds through pure discipline, consistency, and dedication.
